Abstract
"COMPONENTES METÁLICOS REVESTIDOS EM VÁLVULAS AEROSSOL E BOMBAS DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO PARA COMPOSiÇÕES SENSÍVEIS A METAIS E PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DO COMPONENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um componente revestido para uso em uma bomba ou válvula. O componente revestido pode ser uma mola metálica e/ou uma bola metálica. É também fornecido um recipiente provido com uma bomba ou uma válvula tendo tal bomba metálica e/ou válvula metálica revestida para uso com uma composição que inclui um ingrediente sensível a íons metálicos. A superfície externa da mola e/ou da bola é fornecida com um revestimento contínuo e durável de um material polimérico eficaz para reduzir a interação dos íons metálicos da mola e/ou da bola metálica com o ingrediente. O revestimento na mola é também preferivelmente flexível.
