Abstract

"MÁQUINA PARA PROVER COBERTURA EM FRUTAS E OUTROS ALIMENTOS". Compreendendo uma estrutura básica (10) provida de uma mesa superior (11) sobre a qual é montada uma panela (20) aquecida e contendo uma carga de cobertura derretida, geralmente de chocolate. A panela (20) é provida de uma saída (22) inferior conectada a um transportador (40) tipo rosca-sem-fim que se estende para cima da mesa (11), para prover uma cascata de fluxo contínuo de cobertura de volta à panela (20) e ao qual é submetido a alimento a ser coberto.
