Abstract
"ALIMENTADOR DE FAZENDA EM MÁQUINAS DE COSTURA". Um alimentador de fazenda de máquinas de costura apresenta um meio de avanço superior, configurado como esteira transportadora (10). A esteira transportador (13) desloca-se sobre um cilindro de esteira (11) dianteiro acionado e sobre um cilindro de esteira (12) traseiro, livremente girável. O cilindro de esteira (12) traseiro está unido com um cilindro extrator (31), previsto na direção de avanço (v) atrás da agulha (4), apresentando um diâmetro um pouco maior do que o cilindro de esteira (12) traseiro. Desta forma, o cilindro extrator (31) gera um avanço um pouco maior do que a esteira de transporte (10), produzindo, portanto, o retesamento do material costurado na região da costura, com o que se reage a um encrespamento da costura.
