"ÁCIDO POMÓLICO, SEUS ISÔMEROS E DERIVADOS E USO DOS MESMOS, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE TUMORES COM RESISTÊNCIA A MÚLTIPLAS DROGAS". A presente invenção relata o uso do acido pomólico, de seus derivados e das preparações farmacêuticas deles derivadas como agentes anti-neoplásicos no tratamento de tumores resistentes a múltiplas drogas. Em relação a outras drogas que apresentam atividade anti-MDR, estas substâncias não requerem uso concomitante de reversores para exercer sua atividade anti-MDR.
