Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM ELEMENTO VERTICAL DE ANDAIME, E ELEMENTO ASSIM OBTIDO". A invenção refere-se a um elemento vertical de andaime (16) constituído por um segmento tubular (14) provido de um número n de buchas (17) salientes radialmente, distribuídas perifericamente em estrela, destinadas ao enganchamento de uma extremidade de travessa horizontal do andaime; as buchas (17) são definidas por uma tira metálica (1) dobrada para formar uma peça em estrela (11) fechada sobre si mesma que apresenta excrescências que constituem as ditas buchas (17) que alternam com zonas reentrantes apoiadas contra o segmento tubular (14), as bordas superior e inferior das zonas reentrantes em contato com o segmento tubular sendo soldadas a esse último por cordões anulares contínuos ou descontínuos de soldadura (15).
