"SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO DE ESTATOR DE FLUXO INVERSO PARA UMA MÁQUINA SÍNCRONA SUPERCONDUTORA". Uma máquina síncrona (50) é descrita que inclui um rotor (54) acoplado a um sistema de resfriamento do rotor (75); um estator (52) ao redor do rotor e separado do rotor por uma folga anular (88) entre o rotor e uma superfície interna do estator, e um sistema de ventilação de estator (82, 108) separado e independente do sistema de resfriamento do rotor.
