Que consiste de um aparelho com zoom e conjunto de objetivas fixas para obtenção de uma estereoscopia perfeita, as objetivas fixas melhorando a adaptabilidade em situações de visualização, fornecendo imagens claras e definidas, mesmo nas extremidades da visão, e o zoom permitindo o aumento linear menor ao maior aumento, adequando-se a cada profissional que utilize o aparelho, dando-se a iluminação por fibra ótica ou não.
