"ACIONAMENTO DE UMA DISTRIBUIDORA DE SEMENTE POR MOTOR ELÉTRICO CONTROLADO ELETRONICAMENTE". O sistema de acionamento elétrico possui motor elétrico alimentado por uma fonte DC acionada pelo motor do trator. Esse substitui a transmissão como é convencionalmente utilizada. Tal dispositivo possui emissor de pulso acoplado a roda que permite controlar eletronicamente a rotação do distribuidor de sementes de acordo com o deslocamento do trator; possui ainda um outro gerador de pulso acoplado ao eixo do motor elétrico que permite compensar eletronicamente as variações de velocidade deste em função das cargas a ele aplicadas. Além disso apresenta um sistema de desligamento que permite seja interrompido seu funcionamento quando a semeadora estiver em posição de transporte.
