Permite se comunicar com a central por vários meios, tais como Rádio-freqüência (10), Celulares (11), Trunk (12) ou Satélite via Sistema de Comunicação Global (13), possui funções de cerca eletrônica (14) bem como software (15) específico, é um produto para uso embarcado em veículos (15) e direcionado para a localização, segurança e controle dos mesmos e acoplado a serviço de logística.
