"TERMISTOR E MÉTODO PARA SUA FABRICAÇÃO". Trata-se de um termistor que tem múltiplas camadas de metal sobre pelo menos uma parte de um corpo semicondutor. O termistor inclui uma primeira camada de eletrodo de película espessa, uma camada de metal reativo, uma camada de metal de barreira e, opcionalmente, uma camada para facilitar a ligação a um contato elétrico. Além disso, é descrito um método de fabricação do termistor.
