Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO DE WARFARIN SÓDICO A PARTIR DO ÁCIDO DE WARFARIN". A invenção fornece um método para a preparação direta de warfarin sódico puro a partir do ácido de warfarin. A reação é conduzida em um solvente orgânico polar, de preferência etanol, usando uma base volatilizável, de preferência bicarbonato de sódio ou carbonato de sódio, à baixa temperatura. Secagem do produto final é realizada à baixa temperatura para evitar decomposição do warfarin sódico final produzido.
