Abstract
"ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE SEQÜÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO A ANIMAL FÊMEA PARA AUMENTAR O CRESCIMENTO DE PROLE". Crescimento é melhorado utilizando metodologia potencial acentuada de crescimento para administrar uma seqüência de ácido nucléico, tal como GHRH ou um análogo, a um animal fêmea, preferivelmente através de uma rota parenteral de administração. Porquinhos nascem de porcas injetadas com DNA codificando GHRH são maiores, e efeitos são demonstrados em gravidez subseqüentes sem administração(s) adicional do vetor.
