Abstract
"PROMOTOR PARA ARCELINA-5 E SEUS USOS". A presente invenção descreve promotores para arcelina capazes de transcrever uma seqüência heteróloga de ácidos nucléicos a níveis elevados nas plantas. Os promotores são particularmente adequados para uso em plantas de soja e células vegetais. Também estão descritos métodos para modificar, produzir e usar os promotores. A invenção descreve ainda composições, células hospedeiras transformadas, plantas transgênicas e sementes contendo os promotores para arcelina de alta expressão, e métodos para preparar e usar os mesmos.
