Abstract
"SISTEMA MODULAR MASSIVO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema modular para a formação de uma prótese para a substituição de um osso comprido em um corpo humano ou animal. O sistema prove uma prótese que compreende um componente de extremidade proximal ou distal, como, por exemplo, um trocânter (1) ou cabeça condilar, que forma um componente de uma junta protética, um eixo (5) para montagem com o componente de extremidade distal ou proximal e uma haste (8) para engate em um osso intersectado. O sistema permite a montagem de uma prótese encaixada sob encomenda dentre uma gama limitada de componentes.
