Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE URÉIA E URETANO COMO INIBIDORES DE INTEGRINAS". A presente invenção refere-se a derivados inovadores de uréia e uretano da fórmula genérica (I) nos quais R^ 1^, R^ 2^ , R^ 3^, R^ 5^ , R^ 5'^, X, Y, B, m, n e o são como definidos na reivindicação 1, e seus sais ou solvatos fisiologicamente aceitáveis, que são inibidores de integrinas e podem ser empregados para combater tromboses, infarto cardíaco, doença coronária, arteriosclerose, inflamação, tumores, osteoporose, infecções e restenose após angioplastia, ou em processos patológicos mantidos ou propagados por angiogênese.
