Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO LUBRIFICANTE APROPRIADA PARA LUBRIFICAÇÃO DE UMA JUNTA ROSQUEADA". A presente invenção refere-se à composição de revestimento lubrificante onde pelo menos um lubrificante básico selecionado de um sulfonato básico, um salicilato básico, e um fenato básico, é dissolvido em um solvente volátil é aplicado à superfície de fricção de uma caixa e um pino constituindo uma junta rosqueada para tubos de poço de óleo. A composição ainda pode conter um ou mais de um pulverizado de resina termoplástica, um outro lubrificante, e um agente de pressão extrema. A aspereza de superfície das superfícies de fricção preferivelmente tem uma Rmax na faixa de 5-40 micrometros.
