Abstract
"MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA A PRODUÇÃO ALTAMENTE EFICIENTE DE PROTEÍNAS HETERÓLOGAS EM LEVEDURA". A invenção proporciona métodos e composições para a produção altamente eficiente de proteínas heterólogas em levedura e outros fungos, superando os problemas anteriores associados com a incapacidade destas proteínas de duplicarem-se apropriadamente. De acordo com a invenção, o mecanismo de controle de qualidade empregado pelos fungos, que retorna as proteínas duplicadas erroneamente para o citossol para a degradação, é manipulado de modo que estas proteínas sejam em vez disso secretadas.
