"COMPOSTOS DERIVADOS DE BENZOTIOFENO, SEU PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO E USO DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção fornece novos derivados de benzotiofeno de fórmula geral (1) bem como um processo para sua obtenção, as composições correspondentes e sua utilização para a produção de um medicamento destinado ao tratamento de distúrbios neurológicos. Esses compostos novos comportam-se como inibidores da absorção de serotonina e apresentam afinidade elevada para o receptor de 5-HT~ 1A~.
