Abstract
"PÓS DE METAL E DE LIGAS E SUA FABRICAÇÃO". Um pó precursor, compreendendo um composto metálico, é conformado em uma amostra para eletrodeoxidação, por exemplo por fundição por vazamento. A amostra é, a seguir, imersa em uma massa em fusão compreendendo um sal fundido e um potencial catódico é aplicado para remover espécies não metálicas do pó precursor, por eletrodeoxidação e dissolução na massa em fusão. Isto forma, tipicamente, uma amostra metálica que pode ser fragmentada para formar um pó de metal. Em um segundo aspecto da invenção, um material de alimentação pulverizado é conformado em um precursor conformado e uma eletrodeoxidação mais extensa é efetuada, de modo a formar um produto conformado quase em forma de rede.
