Abstract

"TRAMA NÃO TRANÇADA HIDROEMARANHADA CONTENDO MATERIAIS FIBROSOS SINTÉTICOS RECICLADOS". Um tecido não trançado emaranhado hidraulicamente que inclui fibras sintéticas recicladas e materiais tipo fibra tendo pelo menos um elemento de filamento composto de material sintético com pelo menos uma distorção irregular gerada por fratura hidráulica do elemento de filamento para separá-lo de um material fibroso ligado, enquanto o material fibroso ligado é suspenso em um líquido. Este material pode ser usado como um lenço ou um material absorvente. Um método de formação do material inclui as etapas de: (a) fornecimento de uma camada de fibras sintéticas recicladas e materiais tipo fibra tendo pelo menos uma distorção irregular gerada por fratura hidráulica do elemento de filamento para separá-lo de um material fibroso ligado enquanto o material fibroso ligado está suspenso em um líquido; (b) emaranhar hidraulicamente a camada para formar uma trama não trançada; e (c) secagem da trama.
