Abstract

"APARELHO DE CORTE E LAMINAÇÃO PARA PRODUZIR BOBINA REFORÇADA". A fim de reforçar seletivamente partes de uma bobina de material, um dispositivo de corte e laminação produz eficientemente as tiras de reforço exigidas e então laminadas na bobina. A fim de produzir eficiente e precisamente estas tiras de reforço, é utilizado um cisalhamento de bobina cruzado que é capaz de cortar tiras de reforço exigidas da bobina grande de material de reforço em uma maneira precisa. Uma vez cortado, um dispositivo de retenção e posicionamento é capaz de agarrar na tira de reforço e apropriadamente posicioná-la perto da bobina de material primário. Um laminador separado pode então fixar esta tira de reforço na bobina em uma localização desejada.
