Abstract
"MATERIAL DE CONSTRUÇÃO COMPÓSITO". A presente invenção se refere em linhas gerais a um material de construção compósito compreendendo um núcleo de baixo peso com um revestimento de cimento reforçado por fibras delgado de um lado do núcleo e um segundo material de revestimento do outro lado. O revestimento de cimento reforçado pro fibras que é empregado em pelo menos uma das faces do material de construção tem pelo menos 3/16" ou menos, sendo mais preferível 1/8" ou menos. O revestimento de cimento reforçado por fibras verde é de preferência formado por um processo de extração de água de uma pasta para formar uma folha que se encontra em um estado plástico não curado antes de ser fabricado o compósito. O material de construção compósito é montado em um estado não curado, sendo então curado.
