Abstract
"DERIVADOS DO GLICOPIRANOSILOXIBENZILBENZENO E COMPOSIÇÕES MEDICINAIS CONTENDO OS MESMOS". Derivados do glicopiranosiloxibenzilbenzeno representados pela seguinte fórmula geral (I) que possuem uma capacidade de absorção oral melhorada, exercem um efeito excelente de inibição da atividade do SGLT2 humano in vivo e, dessa forma, são úteis como preventivos ou medicamentos para doenças causadas por hiperglicemia tais como diabetes, complicações diabéticas e obesidade onde P representa um grupo que constitui uma pró-droga; e R representa alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, alquiltio inferior, alcóxi inferior, alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, alcóxi inferior ou alcóxi inferior, alquiltio inferior.
