Abstract
"BACTÉRIAS DE ÁCIDO LÁTICO CAPAZES DE REDUZIR UMA TENDÊNCIA DO INDIVÍDUO PARA DESENVOLVER REAÇÕES ALÉRGICAS". A presente invenção refere-se a novas cepas de bactérias de ácido lático que são capazes de reduzir uma tendência do indivíduo a aumentar reações alérgicas. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a geração de cepas de bactérias de ácido lático que expressam proteínas incluindo peptídeos tolerogênicos e o emprego destes na redução de uma tendência do indivíduo a aumentar reações alérgicas. A invenção também pertence a composições alimentícias ou farmacêuticas contendo os referidos microrganismos ou frações ativas destes.
