"COMPOSIÇÃO DE TINTA NÃO-FLUORESCENTE PARA UM INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER, E, INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER". É descrita uma composição de tinta não-fluorescente e não-aquosa, adequada para uso em instrumentos de escrever, compreendendo uma dispersão de pigmento não fluorescente, um estabilizador e um solvente orgânico de alto ponto de ebulição. A composição de tinta pode também incluir resinas, plastificantes, agentes antipeliculares e lubrificantes.
