Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE TINTA FLUORESCENTE PARA UM INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER, E, INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER". É descrita uma composição de tinta fluorescente não-aquosa, adequada para uso em instrumentos de escrever, compreendendo uma dispersão de pigmento fluorescente e um solvente orgânico de alto ponto de ebulição. A composição de tinta pode também incluir resinas, plastificantes, agente antipelicular, lubrificantes e estabilizadores. A composição de tinta fluorescente exibe uma aparência brilhante em recipiente de tinta e quando escrita no papel.
