Abstract
"APARELHO DE ATENUAÇÃO DE ENERGIA PARA UM SISTEMA QUE TRANSPORTA UM LÍQUIDO SOB PRESSÃO E MÉTODO PARA ATENUAR ENERGIA". A invenção refere-se a um aparelho de atenuação de energia para um sistema que transporta um líquido sob pressão e um método para atenuar energia dentro de um tal sistema são fornecidos. O aparelho inclui uma mangueira ou um envoltório tubular (54) que tem uma abertura de entrada para receber o líquido do sistema e uma abertura de saída para retornar o líquido para o sistema. Um conduto de entrada (52) se estende concentricamente para dentro da mangueira ou envoltório tubular, com um espaço anular (55) sendo formado entre o conduto interno (52) e o envoltório tubular (54). Pelo menos uma abertura (53, 70, 71) para introduzir o líquido no espaço anular (55) do conduto de entrada é fornecido sobre uma sua porção que está disposta dentro do envoltório tubular.
