Abstract
"PROTEÍNAS E PEPTÍDEOS DO ESTRESSE E MÉTODOS DE USO DOS MESMOS". A invenção refere-se a peptídeos de HLA pan DR e os métodos de usar tais peptídeos para modular, bloquear, ou inibir as respostas imunes no tratamento de doenças e condições imunemediadas, tais como as doenças inflamatórias e auto-imunes, o câncer e as infecções microbianas. Os peptídeos e os métodos são úteis de modo diagnóstico para examinar o peptídeo ou os análogos de peptídeos que podem inibir a resposta imune patogênica ou regular ascendentemente uma resposta imune contra as células anormais ou invasoras, para monitorar a eficácia ou o uso terapêutico e para identificar outros agentes que possam ser efetivos em inibir ou modular a resposta imune.
