Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE FILMES À BASE DE QUITOSAN COM CAPACIDADE DE ADERÊNCIA CELULAR ACENTUADA, PRODUTO RESULTANTE E APLICAÇÕES". Tal método geralmente envolve a formação de um filme à base de quitosan, estabilização do filme, ativação da capacidade de aderência celular por secagem do filme estabilizado e lavagem. O filme também pode ser ativado biologicamente fixando-se uma substância com atividade biológica. Os filmes resultantes apresentam capacidade de aderência celular acentuada e são opcionalmente, biologicamente ativados. Tais filmes podem ser usados para induzir a atividade biológica num organismo receptor e/ou intensificar a ósteo-integração de implantes usados na odontologia ou traumatologia e/ou regenerar o tecido ósseo.
