Compostos da fórmula I, nos quais R, R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são como definidos na Reivindicação de Patente 1, são inibidores dos fatores de coagulação Xa e VIIa e podem ser empregados para o tratamento de tromboses, infarto do miocárdio, arteriosclerose, inflamação, apoplexia, angina peitoris, restenose depois de angioplastia, claudicação intermitente, tumores, doenças de tumores e/ou metástase de tumores.
