Abstract
"ACIL-CoA SINTETASES DE PLANTAS". A presente invenção refere-se a genes codificando acil-CoA sintetases de plantas e processos para seu uso. Em particular, a presente invenção é relacionada a acil coenzima A sintetases de plantas. A presente invenção abrange ambas formas nativa e tipo selvagem recombinante das enzimas, assim como formas mutantes e variantes, algumas das quais possuem características alteradas com relação à enzima tipo selvagem. A presente invenção também refere-se a processos de uso de acil-CoA sintetases, incluindo expressão alterada em plantas transgênicas e expressão em sistemas de cultura de células e procariotes.
