A presente invenção se refere a uma forma de dosagem que apresenta, em particular, a forma de folha e rapidamente se desintegra ou é solúvel em um ambiente aquoso para a rápida liberação de ingredientes ativos na cavidade oral, nos orifícios corporais ou nas cavidades corporais onde a forma de dosagem compreende uma matriz que compreende um ou mais polímeros solúveis em água como as substâncias de base, e compreende pelo menos um ingrediente ativo, e é caracterizada pelo fato de que a forma de dosagem é proporcionada com espaços ou cavidades que estão presentes na matriz polimérica e cujos conteúdos diferem em termos de estado de agregação da matriz.
