A invenção refere-se a um produto de isolamento térmico e/ou acústico à base de lã mineral do tipo lã de vidro ou lã de rocha. Esse produto tem pelo menos uma parte de sua superfície externa não revestida. Ele é tratado superficialmente sobre pelo menos uma porção da referida superfície externa por uma composição com propriedades amaciantes compreendendo pelo menos um agente tensoativo. A invenção também se refere ao dispositivo e ao processo para fabricá-lo.
