Abstract
"SISTEMA DE ENTREGA DE DROGA PARA DROGAS POUCO SOLÚVEIS EM ÁGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para modificar as taxas de solubilização de drogas pouco solúveis em água, utilizando um hidrogel quitosana-xantana. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de hidrogeles de quitosana-xantana assim como para a preparação de hidrogeles compreendendo uma droga pouco solúvel em água.
