Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DO COMPOSTO, E MÉTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO E/OU PREVENÇÃO DE DISTÚRBIOS OU DOENÇAS". Uma nova classe de compostos, que atua antagonizando a ação do hormônio glucagônio sobre o receptor de glucagônio. Devido a seu efeito antagonista do receptor de glucagônio os compostos podem ser adequados para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de quaisquer doenças e distúrbios em que a ação antagonista do glucagônio é benéfica, como hiperglicemia, diabetes de tipo 1, diabetes de tipo 2, distúrbios do metabolismo dos lipídios e obesidade.
