Abstract
"FREIO A DISCO". A presente invenção trata de um freio a disco principalmente para veículos rodoviários. O freio a disco compreende um calibre fixo (1) a cavaleiro de um ou mais discos de freio (2), uma ou mais placas de empuxo (6) e um número de pastilhas de freio (8). Os discos de freio (2) são recebidos em uma relação não girante porém axialmente móvel sobre um cubo rotativo (3). As pastilhas de freio (8) são guiadas axialmente móveis no calibre (1) absorvendo a carga das pastilhas de freio (8).
