Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE TIENODIBENZOAZULENO COMO INIBIDORES DO FATOR DE NECROSE TUMORAL". A presente invenção refere-se aos compostos de dibenzoazuleno representados pela fórmula I, bem como suas preparações farmacêuticas, para a inibição do fator a de necrose tumoral e interleucina 1 (IL-1) em mamíferos, em todas as doenças e condições nas quais estes mediadores são secretados excessivamente. Os compostos da presente invenção demonstram também uma ação analgética e podem ser usados para aliviar a dor.
