Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA FRITAR PRODUTOS". Método e dispositivo para fritar produtos, como batatas fritas em gordura. A operação de fritura é executada sob condições de vácuo. Após a fritura, as batatas são centrifugadas sob vácuo também. A centrifugação é executada pela introdução das batatas fritas citadas acima em uma câmara de vácuo rotativa. Após a centrifugação, as batatas fritas são descarregadas diretamente para uma válvula no fundo da câmara de vácuo para uma estrutura de comporta e são, subseqüentemente, sujeitas à pressão atmosférica.
