"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE COM ZONA DE TENSÃO ELÁSTICA E/OU ESTIRAMENTO INTEGRADOS". Artigo de vestuário descartável incluindo uma guarnição que circunda uma ou mais aberturas para as pernas, braços, cintura ou similar de um usuário é fornecido. Pelo menos uma porção da guarnição inclui um material elástico alvo que inclui zonas de tensão elástica elevada e baixa e/ou estiramento elevado e baixo no mesmo material, integradas durante a formação do material. O material elástico alvo está posicionado de modo que pelo menos uma zona de alta tensão e/ou estiramento baixo esteja alinhada com pelo menos uma abertura do artigo de vestuário, e pelo menos uma zona de baixa tensão e/ou estiramento elevado esteja alinhada para dentro da zona de alta tensão e/ou estiramento baixo, funcionando deste modo como uma guarnição sem necessitar de uma tira elástica fixada, fabricada separadamente.
