Abstract
"ANEL REGULÁVEL PARA GASTROPLASTIA". A presente invenção se refere a um anel de gastroplastia formado por uma faixa flexível (2) compreendendo uma primeira e uma segunda extremidades, e sendo projetada para ser fechada em torno do estômago na direção das duas extremidades por um sistema de fechamento, para reduzir o diâmetro do estoma formando um cinto; a faixa compreendendo uma câmara de compressão anular (3) com volume variável ligada, na primeira extremidade, por um cateter de regulagem (7) a um dispositivo de regulagem da pressão interna da dita câmara, de forma a regular sua expansão diametral; o anel compreendendo presilhas de retenção (11, 12, 13) projetadas externamente ao cinto para assegurar a aproximação ou afastamento das duas extremidades. O implante gástrico da invenção é usado no tratamento da obesidade.
