Abstract
"ARTIGO ABRASIVO TRIDIMENSIONAL CONFORMADO, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO, E, MÉTODO PARA REFINAR UMA SUPERFÍCIE DE PEÇA DE TRABALHO". Um artigo abrasivo (10), produzido de uma pluralidade de compósitos abrasivos (20) aglutinados para formar um artigo abrasivo tridimensional. Cada compósito abrasivo (20) inclui uma pluralidade de partículas abrasivas primárias (30) unidas por uma primeira matriz aglutinante (34), para formar um compósito abrasivo conformado ou irregular. Presente com o compósito abrasivo (20) há uma porosidade em intra-compósito entre as partículas abrasivas primárias. A porosidade em inter-compósito está presente dentro do artigo abrasivo (1) entre os compósitos abrasivos (20). O artigo abrasivo (10) é usado para esmerilhar vidro e outras superfícies de pega de trabalho a um acabamento espelho.
