Trata-se de um conjunto de depósitos de compensação antecipada é utilizado para excluir, distribuir e alocar partes do produto granular produzido em um reator de polimerização de olefinas contínuo, usualmente um leito fluidizado, para formar misturas, que utilizam mais eficientemente os produtos produzidos durante as transições de um conjunto de especificações em outro, e/ou manter uma propriedade alvo substancialmente continuamente, durante produção no estado contínuo de um único produto.
