Abstract
"BROCA COM APERFEIÇOADA FORMAÇÃO DE PASTILHA DE CORTE". A presente invenção compreende uma extremidade formadora de ponta incluindo pelo menos duas bordas de corte (8, 8') e pelo menos duas ranhuras de cavacos (7, 7') que se estendem a partir da extremidade de ponta (2) na direção da segunda extremidade (3), tendo a finalidade de conformar e remover cavacos de correspondente borda de corte. Em conformidade com a presente invenção, a broca é composta de bordas de corte sobre lados mútuos da linha central axial, tendo um contorno reto não interrompido, cujas porções centrais se estendem axialmente além das porções periféricas, enquanto a superfície de raio afunilada sobre cada borda de corte na periferia é fornecida com um raio ligeiramente curvo, compreendendo um ou diversos segmentos circulares, com raios (R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~) mutuamente diferentes, onde raios adjacentes sempre aparecem com tamanhos diferentes.
