Abstract

"FORNO GIRATÓRIO PARA CONJUNTO DE PORTA". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno giratório (20) que inclui um cilindro (40 e uma estrutura (22) que resulta o cilindro para rotação em torno de um eixo rotacional nominalmente horizontal. A estrutura (22) e o cilindro (40) são sustentados para movimento pivotal em torno de um eixo pivotal horizontal. Uma porta (46) sustentada na estrutura (22) fecha normalmente a extremidade frontal do cilindro (40) e é seletivamente pivotada para uma posição aberta para facilitar o carregamento do ciclindro (40). A porta (46 inclui uma porta de descarga (82) que pode ser aberta para facilitar a descarga do material fundido a partir do cilindro (40).
