A presente invenção trata de uma preparação farmacêutica na forma de um sistema terapêutico transdérmico (TTS) que compreende uma camada de apoio, conectada à mesma pelo menos um adesivo sensível a pressão de camada única, o reservatório de substância ativa de lerisetron com base em adesivo(s) sensível(veis) a pressão de silicone, e uma camada protetora removível.
