Abstract
"MOLÉCULAS DUAIS, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DAS MESMAS, COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS, E, UTILIZAÇÃO DAS MOLÉCULAS DUAIS". A invenção visa moléculas duais formadas de produtos de copulação com um resíduo de molécula com atividade anti-palúdica, 1 ou 2 cadeias alquileno em C1 a C5, compreendendo uma função amina, amida, sulfonamida, carboxila, éter ou tioéter, assegurando a ligação entre as 2 cadeias, uma estrutura policíclica ligada a um peróxido cíclico de 4 a 8 membros, e seus sais de adição com os ácidos farmacologicamente aceitáveis. Aplicação como medicamento com atividade anti-palúdica.
