Abstract

"FÓRMULA DE PROPOFOL COM INIBIÇÃO MICROBIOLÓGICA MELHORADA". Fórmulas farmacêuticas de propofol, estéreis, estáveis, de emulsões óleo misturado na água, sem inclusão de conservantes, que compreendem quantidades adequadas de lecitina de ovos e óleo de soja com pH apropriado para evitar desenvolvimento relevante de microorganismos por pelo menos 24 horas após contaminação natural. O pH inferior da fórmula proporcionou maior atividade antimicrobiológia. A quantidade reduzida de gordura na fórmula igualmente permite sedação crônica por períodos prologados com possibilidades reduzidas de sobrecarga de gordura no sangue.
