"MÉTODOS DE TRATAMENTO DO CÂNCER E DA DOR A ELE ASSOCIADA USANDO ANTAGONISTAS DE ENDOTELINA". A presente invenção dirige-se a métodos para inibição de metástases ósseas, métodos para prevenção do desenvolvimento de novas metástases, métodos para inibição do metabolismo ósseo e métodos para prevenção da perda óssea em pacientes, incluindo pacientes de câncer, usando um antagonista do receptor ET-A de endotelina.
