Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA CONVERSÃO DE CÉLULAS HALL-HEROULT EM CÉLULAS DE ANODO INERTE PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ALUMÍNIO". É fornecido um método para retroajuste de células de fusão de alumínio convencionais (1) com montagens de anodo inerte (12) que substituem os anodos de carbono consumíveis (2) da célula (1). As montagens de anodo inerte (12) são preaquecidas antes da introdução na célula de operação. O isolamento (18) pode ser instalado para reduzir a perda de calor durante a operação das células de retroajuste.
