"PROCESSO PARA DESCASCAR FRUTAS COM CASCAS". Processo para tratar nozes com cascas contendo um líquido não-aquoso, que compreende as etapas de, primeiro, retirar pelo menos 50% do líquido não-aquoso originário das cascas das nozes, e, em seguida, submeter as nozes ao tratamento a frio para quebrar as cascas. Este processo se refere, especialmente, a castanhas-de-caju e ao descascamento das mesmas.
